Updated 2024 price list

General terms

Children's discount:
- Children under the age of 6 stay for free
- Children aged 6-15: Euros 8.00.- per day
- We charge EUR 15.00 per day for each additional person aged 15 and over.

Local city tax:
- A city tax (local tax) of 2.30 euros per person per night will be charged for all guests aged 14 and over. The fee is not included in the total price of your stay and will be charged on departure.

Arrival and departure:
- On the day of arrival, apartments will be ready for occupancy after 3 p.m.
- On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m.

Meals:
- Upon request, we'll deliver a rich breakfast basket directly to your apartment door. The service is available every day and costs EUR 15.00 per person/day. We kindly ask you to state your breakfast preference when you book your holiday. Breakfast is available for the entire period of your vacation.
- However, we also offer a sandwich service. Prices vary depending on your order.

Final cleaning:
We don't charge a final cleaning fee; this is already included in the price.

Good to know:
There’s a strict no-smoking policy in all our apartments.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are annoying for everyone. And it's a shame if one of the apartments stays unoccupied. Not just for us but also for other guests who would have loved to stay in our house. On the other hand, we also understand that unexpected situations can always arise.
Therefore, we ask you: let us know on time, we always try to be understanding of your circumstances! In the event of short-term cancellations and early departures, you’ll be charged 3 full days.
